http://s2.images.proboards.com/cheesy.gif I would appreciate any feed back. How many of you have a TFI Techlusion and are happy with it and where is a good place to buy to get a good price on a plug and play model? I would like to order one real soon . I want a plug and play model. Thanks. :)

I'm happy with mine. The best price when I purchased was 191.00 from Custom Dynamics.

I've been cruising the web searching for one as well, since I put my pipes on last month I found it at 172.76 on customdynamics.com. I might jump on it at that price.

Price is 191.95 before a 10% year-end clearance code on their site. Also free shipping on orders over $150. No affliation, I just love getting things at the lowest price. :)

There's also a used one on eBay right now too.

Todd just bought one today directly from Custom dynamics. $174 I believe he told me for the plug and play.

Do a search on it because there is a lot of info on installing one and adjusting it.

$172 otd ... yep custom dynamics through tomorrow. I went by their showroom and picked it up and had to pay tax on it too.

Can't help on the price issue, I've had mine a while and a plug-and-play wasn't available when I got mine, BUT as to if I like it or not, I really do like it. Wasn't hard to install, and is easy to adjust.

For the smoothness and no pinging of the engine and now it can burn regular. It was well worth it. I used electric grease to make the connections easier and more secure.

Have any of you had experience with the Power Commander. I have one, like it, but what the H_ll, I'm always looking for improvement. How does it compare? ???

Todd, at that price, I had no choice. Just ordered the unit, and got in under the wire. Didn't have to pay the tax. Been wanting to do this for awhile. All I need to do now is bite the bullet and order the stealth kit.

It's gonna be Christmas all over again. http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

You don't need a Stealth kit (unless you just want it).....go to your local AutoZone....buy a Spectre 9" round filter kit for less than $20.....buy a metric stud (I can't remeber the size now, but will post later) ..... take your stock cover off the right side....disconnect the ISCs...install the open filter....and you are all set for less than $25!!!!!! You can replace the filter with a K&N later if you like the setup.

See my install experience for the TFI in the garage ;) ;) ;) ;)
