Leather / Sheepskin Vendor long but good

Found this guy while in the Black Hills and had to post it.
His site doesn't show all of his work but you can contact him and he can send you pics.

Trevino's Leathers

This guy does his own hides and makes things by hand. Best leather work I have ever seen. He makes vests and full chaps that have absolutely no machine stitching and are stronger than the ones I bought from the store. He can make thicker leather too. He has a great deal on sheepskin covers too if you are interested.

I found him just south of Deadwood along the road. Nice guy too. I stopped in to get a couple of vent holes punched in my leather hat and to add a couple notches to my belt. We were there talking with him while he did the work for about a half hour and he didn't charge me anything. He said it is part of the service that he provides. I will definitely be buying from him in the future.
Not all of his merchandise is handmade. He does sell off the rack jackets and chaps of top quality as well.

Wasn't he the guy with the $4000 hand-tooled chaps? I wish I'd stopped in there to see his stuff.

He's the one CJ. We stopped there and spent at least an hour. Beautiful workmanship and a heck of a nice guy. His son was there when we stopped.
