I have a weird issue where my tripometer is correct according to Google maps, but my odometer reads less miles. The speedo and everything else works perfectly

Front fork swap

I found a whole mean streak front end, and I wanna swap at least the front forks and wheel to my classic converted to a nomad. I wanna keep my windshield. Anyone ever do this? Any advice or concerns?
