I would start by trying adjusting your fuel...

I would start by trying adjusting your fuel processor. You could be running lean which may cause your issue. Check your plugs as well when making these adjustments to see what's going on.

Is this during throttle up OR decel? You could also check for any vacuum leaks. Also check your plugs which will tell you a lot.

EJK settings and coughing!

I'm still getting a low rpm "coughing" back through the throttle body even after making numerous adjustments to the EJK controller. I'm running V&H duals & an Air Kit. This only happens periodically...

Mine doesn't have one. If you just have pipes I don't believe it needs mapped. Now if you go any further on the Mods you would want to get a fuel processor.
