I had it once at 35-40 MPH, both hands off the bars. Stock windshields, empty trunk, MC trires front and rear. Never wobbled any other time as long as I keep one hand on the grips.

I'll join the choir. Have patience or put the stock bars back on until you can get the brake line you need. Front brakes are the difference in stopping in 130 feet at 60 MPH vs. 250 feet or so.
