also when filling slightly loosen the top left bolt of the water pump housing, tighten when there is no more bubbles

First was the clymers for the 1500 98-2004, 95-98 1500 last 1600, alot better details on the trans, the clymers was wrong, it had the shift forks ion the wrong position and no details on testing like...

3rd gear output gear and a chipped skirt on the rear piston. Would recomend to get 3 manuals to do the job as the 1500 manual is not tje same as the 1500 transmission, the 1600 was spot on in...

will source a book first, the take lots of photos and draw diagrams.
Doesnt get nowhere as cold as where you are, but it can get as hot as bagdag - without the car bombs

3rd gear is making a noise like a piece of paper stuck in a fan. There is no slipping in drive and no noise in any other gear. Havent put it up on the stand first, thought Id ask first

I have lowered my seat by 3" with eva foam, get a sore spot after 50 miles. Looking at putting a gel insert in, or injecting gel. Rides alot better than the stock.
