Instruments resetting when starting is a symptom of a battery going bad.

First thing I would check is the connections on the battery. Take them off clean them a little sand paper or emery cloth to clean good and torque the bolts to 40 inch lbs.

Running 28 psi I would guess your tire is starting to cup. A cupped front tire will cause a wobble.

The first thing I would do is get some carb cleaner and a tooth brush and clean the throttle body and both sides of the butterfly. Clean them real good until they look like new.

Your owners manual tells you what specification of the oil to use. Use any brand oil that meets or exceeds those specs and you won't effect your warranty.

Rotella T4 15w40 conventional oil is JASO rated as is T6.
