Dmyers, I hope you bring your jig and whatever measuring devices to fit people for your famous ape bars. You gonna sell tons of them, I'd like to be the first one to reserve a spot in line to be fitted :)

It was a good. Choice
You literally push your bike a cross the road and it will roll all the way down to mud street all by itself. :-)
I am hoping to have several sets of bars on hand for the rally.
If I have a set made I'm thinking about putting a set in the raffle

Awesome news! Dmyers will you have bars of different hight and different pullback? I'll have to figure out how to get it back from the rally back to NJ unless you can also do install on site (I am a dreamer..)

If you want Bolt on bars. It takes about 20 min and you could install them and ship your stock bars to your house
If you want extended bars you will have to jump through a lot of hoops to install them and you wont be able to do that at the rally.
I will try and bring my jig with me encase people want to be fitted for bars.
I just don't know how much spair time I will have between riding and drinking

I want the 13" bars or taller they would require extending wires so not as easy as just bolt on for me :( unless I can find someone there to do install for me so I can ride back with new bars

Was looking around the internet about Arkansas roads, just in case there were any I might have missed.

Here's Eureka Springs Mayor's video about riding in his area. I would say this town is motorcycle friendly.

If you look close, you will even see a Nomad in the video toward the end.

Looks like this rally will be in a great area to ride.

Here is the Arkansas Motorcycling website:

In my limited experience, there doesn't seem to be many "bad" roads in Arkansas :)

Great roads but if it storms the gravel from the near vertical private drives washes out on the road challenging you on those defensive driving techniques.
