To keep the bike running.....
What I mean is this..
I'm old..but not retro..this might be the last bike to ride. I want to know what one can do to keep the bike on the road. The things one can do without dealer service. I know..some of you are doing everything themselves. And that's good..but what special tools are needed along the road is a puzzle to me. That's why I ask. What can one do to keep the bike on the road? What tools do you need? Currently I want to change the oil and filter. Dealer is asking 110 euro's for that..including the filter. Now..I did that in the past on other bikes for just a fraction of the price..no special tools needed. In short..can anyone here tell me how to proceed to keep a 2005 16000 miles on the clock Nomad on the road? I mean..doing it yourself..without being robbed. Please..all you self supporting guys out there..let me know. Login or Register to Remove Ads |
