To buy OR Not to buy.... Extended warranty?

OK, That is the question!

My warranty on my Voyager expires in September. Got a letter from Kaw today offering an extension of the warranty.

2011 Voyager 1700 A.B.S.
with 54,000 miles.

1 year = $495
2 year = $605
3 year = $682

All prices plus tax.
What do you all think? Did anyone run into heavy expenses? I just had the ECM replaced under the warranty last month so that has me thinking??
