Thanks Pete, When I take the bike in on the 5th I will ask them to disconnect the pc3 to see if that helps. Thanks Guzzi, I checked the battery a few days ago and the connection looked perfect, no corrosion or anything. I tested the battery and it was holding at 12.6which is right where it is supposed to be. Although, the battery is an AGM and the vent covers appeared to be slightly bulging and there was a very small bit of leakage coming from one of the vents, very small. I removed the caps and everything looked ok so I put the vent caps back on and put the battery back in the bike. I am still going to put in a new battery this weekend to see if that makes any difference and I will keep you up to date.
