does anyone have....

a goldwing trunk, like from an 1800 mounted on their nomad. I've seen several halves on ebay. pretty pricey usually with nothing included. Was just wondering on the look and size of them. I can't find where to buy an entire one (to check pricing and look ect)

Why in the world would you want a Civic car trunk on the back of your Nomad?

The you'd have a Kawonda.. or maybe a Hondasaki.

Just teasin'...

I guess you could get one to fit, but that's a lot of plastic to fabricate around.. not sure how that would end up looking, except maybe very large.

Edit: Just looked at Honda's OEM parts list. Didn't look too closely, but expect to pay about $1000 for just the trunk and lid. Ouch.

Your best bet is gonna be private seller or salvage and neither is gonna be cheap. Once you put a wing on it the price goes up. Might as well put a bar and shield on it.

Actually, I have compared the 2 (1800 wing, and the Harley King) side by side, and as far as what you can fit on the inside, the Harley is quiet a bit larger.

I would agree that the HD will fit a bit more inside.

I was looking at putting a Honda 1500 on my Nomad before I got the trunk I have now, it would work fine but it comes in pieces and has a latch that is integrated into the trunk and side bags just a lot more trouble than I wanted to do.
