Installed risers on 2014 Voyager and brought bars up and back. I really like the new position.

Looks like these are the ones the OP is talking about. I will vouch for the vendor I am linking to. They are local and have always been good to me. Being Phat I am sure you can get them elsewhere, but I would not order them from Scootworks.
