iphone 5 set up for my vaquero

I think it was on here, but I have tried to find the thread with no luck, but was hoping someone might recall. Here is the long of it I am wanting to do a handle bar mount for my iphone, but still wanting to hook it in to the connection in the fairing pocket. all the apple connectors that go from the 30 pin to the lighting connector are supper short. Anyone know if someone makes a longer one maybe 6'. I was hoping to run the cable through the fairing and zip tie it to the bars so it's all nice and neat. Pop my phone in the bar mount plug it in and away I go.

There are plenty of 30 Pin extensions and they are cheaper than the lightning extensions - pick up one of those and put the short lightning adapter at the end of it . . .

that's what i figured i would need to do, but really wanted to keep the adapter tucked away in the fairing.

Iphone Connector

Chuck how did he extension work? Were you able to mount your iPhone to your handlebars?

I found this and was curious if this is what you ended up with:

I would also be interested to hear how you ran the cord.
