Belt Both Pulleys

Same thing happened to me soon after I bought the bike. An over-tight belt from the previous owner's dealership was to blame. I picked up used pulley's & belt on EBay, and with corrected tension have had no further issues.

There had been two previous owners of my bike, and both owners used the same dealership to service it. It had its second belt already on it, and damaged, when I bought it with only 25k km's on the clock. You would have thought that dealership might have noticed the problem?

I'll be working on my buddy's VN900 soon to check a wiring issue. I'll check that pulley issue as well. Thanks.
