Have a 6 year old named Logan that keeps me running. Remembered the old movie so it seemed to fit.

My ol' lady took to calling me a "grumpy old bear" in less than a year after getting married. Blamed me and the way I answered the phone for everyone no longer calling! I can't help it that I was (am?) a contrary Army sarge that considers all phone calls an interruption! Really, if I wanted to talk to YOU, wouldn't I have called you? WTF? I just don't see an issue.
Oh, that is also my road name with Americas Guardians MC.

I had a bland moniker. It was "it's" and then my initials "emt". It caused people to ask if I was I were an Emergency Medical Technician. Far from that, I'm a machine fixer. I used that one until I could think of a clever biker sounding name with undertones of severe psychosis, dark demented humor, 1950's horror movie sounding, beaten by parents but obviously not enough, abuses alcohol, apparent use of illegal narcotics but only to score with street women, but nobody never catches him.
Well yours truly racked his brain and never came up with nothing. So I had to search for a guy with a stench of the afore mentioned qualities. Enter CoachA, and wah lah, bada boom bada bing! He was picking at Kawgirl on the phone with her name and called her Kawhead. I ask him if he didn't keep it for himself, or nobody else wanted it that I did.

For starters, Old Bear, I really like the way you think...I know that I would probably get more phone calls if I'd stop answering "What the f%^& do you want now?" Love it.
The name you see is not the one I originally posted. Somehow it got lost in the shuffle when the forum changed. It was HMSRegalnaddness. Kind of a multiple play on words. The hms His Mighty Scoot Regal from the type of seat from Mustang, nadness a play on maddness. Also could have come from the maddness that besets some royal families on account of a little too much inbreeding. You Know, like Lousiana or Arkansas.

I teach/coach pitching for women's fastpitch softball, beginners through college. Years ago, one of my little beginners about 7 yrs old couldn't remember my name & called me that pitchinguy. It just kinda stuck.

My buddies in school started calling me Top Cat as my initials are TC.
It was a popular cartoon on TV at the time. After a while they started calling me TC like the cartoon cat was called. Sooooooooo, now I am just TC in my cyber life and my real life

At one time, I had an extensive tropical fish hobby/collection. My young son gave me one of those giant. couch sized fish throw pillows. Since my childhood nickname is inappropriate for women, small children and public viewing I became Not-da-Bigfish (nd_bigfish). Lets just say I've mellowed with age..........

Good idea and good topic.
My little Registered Black Angus Ranch is named the Anchor Lazy U. While looking for a forum name the Anchor just seemed appropriate. Therefore ................ AnchorNomad. Have a great day! Ride Safe!!!

I was a commercial bakery route salesman for 17 years, I worked part time at Sugarbush
ski resort and most everyone had nick names on their employee badges. HR asked me what I did for work, and the name loafer was proudly worn around the resort after that.
