I use one of the flat jacks they are longer than the two arm jacks and so make a good center stand under the frame they don’t get as high as the harbor freight or Canadian tire jacks but I find the screw gives me more accurate adjustment when changing the wheel to go get a new tire put on for lowering and raising it into position
