July/August are always safe bets for weather in the NW...it just might be pretty warm. That hotel is completely awesome for a gathering such as ours. CJ....you said 1200 miles as though you might need a couple diaper changes along the way..... At least you can pick up a couple more states and maybe even add a few HD tee's to your collection.....

Tad....Google maps only shows it 541 miles from Bancroft. I can assure you that you will still have some fun getting there as that run up 55 to McCall will flat wear you out. 95 up to Grangeville is very enjoyable....and 13 up to 12 is a real hidden gem....!

Looks like a very nice location.

As for dates, mid to late June or early July works for me. Just need enough advance notice to book the vacation time off.

Only 385 miles if I go the shortest way......I won't.

For those who have not ridden Lolo pass (Hwy 12) you are in for a treat. There are many other nice roads coming and going in the area. Hells Canyon, FR 39 and Rattlesnake in Eastern Oregon, Hwy 93 in Idaho. Baker City is a great bike town to stay. If any of you need some recommendations for routes through Oregon, Washington, Idaho and even western Canada just let us know. Rickyboy, you going to get our Northern brothers to motorcade it down for this one?

It is for sure....but we need to get some dates firmed up quickly and hope that some rooms can be blocked out for us there. Middle of the week should be easier....but that is a popular place in the summer as people travel through the area.

Kris, I've been up that way through Grangeville and McCall a few times. I look forward to going up to Lolo and across 12. According to Yahoo maps it's 546 miles. I'm thinking up that way and home the other. Makings of a great ride.
