Scott, could you tell me how the C109 from Suzuki made out in their comparison - just for fun? I have yet to hear anything negative about the cruiser version (C109RT) ... perhaps post the results for the bikes if it is a simple score system?

I don't have time for any of them, will sometimes pick up v-twin on the mag rack if traveling but its even mostly ad's and H-D stuff,,,,YUK

Sorry, Moenko - I didn't see this post until today. Unfortunately, there's no scoring system for this comparison. They just list what they liked a didn't like.

C109RT
Like: Killer cruiser motor, good wind protection, drag bike with bags

Dislike: Prefers straights over curves, bags too small and too wide, a "1-hour" seat.

VN2000LT
Like: Locomotive class torque, sportbike-quality brakes, mind-meld straight-line performance.

Dislike: Vibrates at road speeds, tush-numbing saddle, too much wind buffeting.

Sounds like neither bike has a decent stock seat.

How many normally do? I never see a writer satisfied with a stock seat.
