Beautiful Country ID. The only piece of real estate I would need would be your deck.

Great pictures. I hope to get back out your way soon. Went through ID on a cross country trip in a car the summer of 96. Beautiful country.

Wow, NICE pics! Hey, we will all camp out on your deck, ID! It never stops amazing me how beautiful this country is and how much the motorcycle community always blends in to it.
Riding, the views, the water, fishing, ...
You live in a very nice place...

When my wife and I got out of the Marine Corps, in another life, we decided to move out here almost on a whim. Never regretted it. I love to go home to Ohio to visit but this is the place to live. Great riding weather in the spring summer and fall. If the snow stays "in the mountains" I can get some miles on the bike in winter. I'm always thankful for this piece of the world. Can you imagine fly fishing in Yellowstone NP from a motorcycle? I can, it was fun. AKA dodging buffalo. I am going on a ride today to view the fall colors that goes over the same country that Wolfman talked about around Montpeleir and Bear Lake to Logan, Ut and back up through southern Idaho. Awesome country. Thanks for letting me share.

Judi, Chuck mentioned that you guys thought about moving to Pocatello. At least you know the way. You live in some beautiful surroundings in Washington State. I've seen em.

A couple of my buddies and me go up to Oregon every year on a motorcycle camping trip. I'd love to live there oneday! This year we went (1077 miles-4 days) up the California coast to Crescent City, then hwy 199 to Obrien, OR where we spent the night at Sparkplugs Motorcycle Campground. Next day thru Grant's Pass, Shady Cove, and up to Mazama Campground near Crater Lake. Saturday we rode back to Shady Cove for a 15 mile raft trip, then home hwy 97 to I5 home. We're already planning our trip to Oregon for next year...
We've been riding California roads for years and Oregon is a great alternative.
Any Ideas from you all on where to go in southern Oregon?

Wow Bob, I've done almost the exact same ride years ago. Just like you all the way to Cresent city then 199 through Cave Junction to the Klamath Caves then visited my buddy in Grants Pass, up to Crater Lake then down through Medford and stopped at Lake Shasta, inland to Mt. Lassen and down through the Sierras. brought back memories and I'd do it again!

Gorgeous pics btw...would love to ride around there! AND I too love that view off your porch...beautiful!!!

That pic off of my deck with the mountains in the background? Those mountains have snow on them today. Winter is creeping in. Keep Nico wrapped up.
