unwind2 , We are seriuosly thinking about coming to the eastern rally. The only problem we have is it is a a couple weeks after the Americade rally here in NY. Don't know if the wife can get the time off from work. :-/

Topcat ---We did Americade last year for the first time. It was really great. We camped at Lake George Campgrounds just up from the Great Escape in Queensbury. I know what you mean about scheduling vacation time. Hope you all can make it. :-*

unwind2 - Our idea of camping out is in a motel with cable, air conditioning and all that stuff :)
We just took a ride up to Lake George this past weekend to book a motel. Last year we just did a day trip.
most motels and hotels in the immediate area are already booked for that week. If they have vacancies they want any where from $120 to $165 a night :-/
We found one in East Glens Falls For $60 a night. Booked 3 nights :)

Yeah......lots and lots of goldwings...I got excited everytime I saw a Nomad. I was very impressed with how they kept the parking lots lined up....moving in and out and nobody block in. They do a great job! Seems like most all of the 50,000 plus participants really behave also.......We hung around for the goldwing drawing...I can't believe they didn't call out my ticket number! :(

Wish I could help you but as you see all my pics are in the message block. I never could get the darn avatar to pu in the sig box to work either. :-/

First I used photobucket...then go to modify your profie click "none" on the avitar...then cut & paste the pic you want http under that...think it says avitar url. Good luck...Nico helped me...I couldn't do it either!!

Bobzinger - believe me I am terrible at this computer stuff you can get it. When you cut and paste you http:// address besure to deleat the little [IMG] thingys at the beginning and ending.
