I was looking at that as well, seems like those speakers are not available up here though through Crutchfield, I find that the clarity is a lot more important than volume and the lower I can have the volume but still get the clarity, the better. I like having the amp as part of the speaker so to speak, and I would guess that when you factor in the cost of a good amp with the speakers you are running about the same, and with this set up, you don't have to look for somewhere to mount the amp either.

I'll eat liverwurst, but liver is out of the question. I still have memories of mom cooking it and the disgusting smell. Never I tell you!

I ate liver once. It was in infantry training at Camp Pendleton. I smothered it with mustard just so I could get it down. Never again.

Liver with onions and bacon, I love it. Used to cook up the deer liver, heart, and kidneys, key to cooking them is to let them soak in fresh salt water overnight, leeches all the crap out of them.

Liver is only good if cooked in a well seasoned cast iron skillet with Crisco oil and a huge, huge amount of onions. I have lost my taste for organ meat as I have grown older. And there is nothing sweeter sounding than a Top Sportsman Beretta with a 637 cubic inch Madcap Motor going down the quarter mile in less than 7.70 seconds ,naturally aspirated.

Infinity
Hi Ray,
Those are the speakers I have in my Vaquero and I love them. I have been a fan of Infinity for many, many years. I am still running the Pyle amp and something has happened to one of the wires and I have lost the clarity at high output so I have to take the fairing off again to fix it. This is a bit frustrating and makes me understand your wish to make it simple. If I had your new amps I could fix it in a few minutes. Stuart |

Just one question Ray, I noticed on their website it doesn't mention whether or not these are water resistant, thinking mostly about when washing the bike or in the rain. I think these are the same speakers. http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/produ.../10108141.aspx if they are, does that small box stay on, or is it replaces with the power pucks?

Same here. In reading what you did, I'm impressed. I might need to do that someday.
