UPDATE:

I just spoke to Cardo and was told that if you ourchase the team set the passenger will NOT be able to send or recieve phone calls. If you want the passenger to be able to have that function you'd need to purchase two of the q2's.

That is correct vin, but if the driver receives a call or sends a call he can include the passenger in the conversation by pushing the intercom button.
