They have it listed as a 1600, unless someone swapped engines its only a 1500.

I have a feeling that bike will end up selling beyond my range, but I'll keep it on the radar. Thanks for the heads up.

With all the extras on the bike no way you can do better tourpak mustang seats and backrest all sorts of chrome and aftermarket products Like some one said they even have financing on what the amount over what you have saved for one and for the money you will not find one more loaded.

The Buy-It-Now price is $4891.00 plus shipping or plane ticket to Florida and gas back. What is your range so that we know what to be looking for?

I think Doc said he budgeted $4000 for the bike so he had some dough left for gear, insurance, and a couple goodies.

Here's one for $2200 and you don't even have to choose what color you want. It's all the colors ... except for the fastest ... blue/silver.

http://delaware.craigslist.org/mcd/2314636934.html

All kidding aside ... here's one in CA you may could pick up for $4500: http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sgv...348102604.html

And another asking $3200, but across the country from you and has 60K miles: http://fredericksburg.craigslist.org...346509621.html

If you're set on $4000, you're either going to have to wait a while to find the perfect deal, settle for something less than what you want, or be willing to travel to get something. Just my opinion ...

That may work to someone's advantage, they are a car dealership and may not know what they have. In 2006 an RV dealership took a 2000 1500 nomad in on trade with 9,000 miles, they put it on craigslist as a 900 Vulcan. I went and looked at it and it was in mint shape and they accepted the $3,000 i offered after i said, afterall it's only a 900 :-)

Yep ... didn't sell on ebay ... auction got pulled. It looks like they sold it locally. If I was in the market, they'd have sold it to ME !!!
