If it turned out to be anything like a paddle boat, we'd never make it out of the driveway.

Ok, I guess complicated machinery is not Sue’s forte.

Staying Sunday night at Berry's Motel (1-902-895-2823), don't know what it's like. But if the bed and bathroom are clean, I'm good. Let me know if you book.

Yeah, I like to have an extra day to recover before rally riding begins, especially if it is this far from home. It's 2000 miles to Baddeck from my part of Gawga.

Arrived in Augusta, Maine. Cross over into Canada tomorrow an will overnight in Dieppe, NB before the final leg.

Made it to Moncton, New Brunswick. It was an all around good day...after I got out of the campgrounds. A little incident involving big (really big) gravel in loose dirt and a 900+ lb cruiser pulling a trailer. Not a good combo. A couple of scratches on one saddlebag, but no other damage. I have a deep muscle bruise on my calf, but I've ridden with far worse.

Lovely cool ride thru the rest of Maine and into Canada. Trans-Canada 2 is a very nice highway. A little boring 'cause there ain't nothin' to see but trees for mile, er, kilometer after kilometer, but for a highway, it's not bad at all.

I'll get to the Cabot Trail Motel tomorrow afternoon! Yeaaaaaaa!

Good to hear you're ok, and the bike other than a few scratches is to. I hope to pull out around 10-11am. I'm the lucky guy, have the least amount of travel on this ride. Be in Truro for the night, going to enjoy getting there.

Hi all, sorry to hear about your mishap Sabre, glade your ok.
Cheryl and I Rode 962km Saturday from Tremblant to Woodstock NB to be in position to meet Dave and Mary and Tim and Cindy as they crossed into Canada Sunday morning. We had a great ride today and arrived at Pictou lodge resort around 6:00pm. We are sharing a 3 bedroom log cabin, very cool. We only have a few hours ride to Beddeck tomorrow so we will try a scenic route along the coat for a bit. Probably means we will get lost again! See everyone tomorrow, ride safe.
