Blown fuse

Has anyone ever had to replace a fuse junction box for a 2004 nomad?

Yes I did on my '03. Just over the years they get a little tarnished and build up a high resistance causing heat and the fuse will pop. I replaced mine. 2 years with myself and 2 years after I sold the bike to a friend it has not had the problem again.
