Powder coating questions

Guys,

Starting to plan out my approach for my 2018 Vaquero and I definitely want to powder coat some parts.

Stock Handlebars
Front turn signal bar/light housings
Rear turn signal housings
Gas Cap
KQR components

I think Im gonna run with the Chrome exhaust and Rocker covers for now.

Questions:

1) I assume the turn signals are plastic and cant be powder coated so I assume those will have to be painted?

2) What is the going rate for powder coating?

3) Concerned about clearance issues especially with the KQR stuff after its all been coated. Has anyone done this?

4) On Handlebars do I need to leave the portion thats clamped to riders uncoated?

Any advice anyone whose been down this path has is appreciated. Live in Central Florida. If anyone knows of a reputable coater lemme know.

Sincerely,
Craig
