SS Ultimate Baffle Screens
I found these Jones Stephens Corp. 4 1/4" shower drain covers which are very similar to the type that dkdixie reccomends as the best type of screens for the UB's. A pair shipped to my home are a little over $11. Trim off a little over 1/8" all the way around with a pair of tin snips and drill two holes for the anchor screws and you are good to go.
