Motorcycle Seat Backrest for Driver

How many of you drivers (not passengers) use a backrest on your motorcycle seat? What brand? Is it adjustable?

I use one made by Grasshopper limited. The owner is a member here. Cost was around 100 bucks or so...... search the for sale area.

I have a fire and ice brand as well as a mustang seat with bulit in backrest...I could not ride without a backrest due to a bad lower back...I can use either one with the mustang seat, due to unique mounting frame of the fire and ice brand..I have a Grasshopper backrest on my Suzuki bike..lt is a good buy in my opinion and when the bracket broke, they sent me a new one free, and no shipping charge..

I have the grasshopper backrest and am well pleased. made a big difference in comfort especially on long rides

I have the Grasshopper brand. It has made a big difference. As with any backrest, you have to kinda step over the seat instead of swinging your leg over. But you"ll get used to it because of the comfort.

I decided to go with a mustang seat that had a built in backrest. I too love it!

I have the Utopia. It's adjustable up and down as well as forward and backward. It's more expensive than the grasshopper but it's worth it in my opinion.

I have the mustang seat with a backrest. The backrest is adjustable, tips forward out of the way and also is removable not to mention the the comfort I found the factory seat to be some kind of a torture after a couple hours. I can ride the mustang seat all day

Like many others, I have the Grasshopper backrest. It made a tremendous difference in comfort on longer rides.

Brian and I both ride a 1500 and have the Fire and Steel. Unfortunately, Ma Kaw decided not to make them for the 1600. We rode for a few months without the backrest and now can't ride without them.
