I presume you have tried cleaning the throttle body with carb cleaner and a toothbrush ?
Have you tried some Seafoam or an injector cleaner in the gas ? These instructions are for a 1500 but apply to the Voyager also. https://www.vulcanbagger.com/forums/...ad.php?t=15771
