Electrical problem

I have been rewiring my lightbar and and a few other accessories, but didn't touch my fairing or radio wiring which is connected to the auxiliary plug in the light bucket. When I reconnected the battery, the radio came on like normal, but when I turned it off, it flashes across the screen all of, but then all the buttons and the face stay lit up. The face still says "all off", but never turns off and it has been 20 min. Any ideas what might be up?
