Bike Shorts for Those Long Rides

For you guys that spend long hours in the saddle heres a place that makes undergarments for bike riders. A pal of mine just got the shorts and has yet to try them out, but has been told by others that they make quite a difference in your comfort.
I was considering getting a pair of bycycle shorts, when he mentioned these, and said they work even better. For those of you considering doing an Ironbutt ride these should help a lot.
Heres the link; http://www.ldcomfort.com/

he said day after day you can ride in comfort. Butt ;) without washing you'll be riding in the back of the pack. And with the black color you'll never see the bacon strips. Sorry I couldn't help myself.
I have a pair that looks just right like them, I'll have to give them a real test, thats if they didn't shrink in the dresser drawer.

I suppose those are great if you normally wear longjohns when you ride. Not my cup of tea.

I sometimes wear longjohns in the winter but terribly hot here in the summer.

Me too. Under armor and you can get the coolmax underwear from WalMart. They ring out after a quick wash and are dry in less than an hour.

Yup that's them Doc. I use CoolMax socks in my boots and the same in my gloves when it's cool. You don't sweat and it keeps the moisture off your skin. That and Anti-monkey Butt is your friend on those long hot rides.
