Some time in the first two weeks of June Lloydminster Canada's only border city - Alberta and Saskatchewan will be hosting the fourth annual Border Biker Rally every year we have doubled in size, we include the car club for a afternoon show and shine as well as many travel great distances to show their cars from track racers to custom to fully restored. Here is a link to the BBR website please take a few minutes go through what we did last year - save the link and as we get more accurate dates time and events they will be posted there. http://www.borderbikerally.com/

This will be our fourth event and so far we have been in June. Our city council is giving us the same status as the exhibition giving us a fixed date, larger area and more facilities making it even bigger and better. This year I plan on returning to Miami Bike week first time in 15 years. Sturgis is getting boring so we decided on a southern run this coming season. I know what you mean about planning one long run a year... 5 more years and I will be running ll year round retirement following the sun!!! My plans...

I'll hide in that camper of yours! No one will ever think to look for me there! I'll just leave my bike parked under the interstate where were camping out at. We can make it up there in what 2 days can't we?

Did an Iron Butt 1000 in July. Ain't that big a deal really. A SaddleSore 2000? Now that would be a good ride indeed...of course, it would be SS2000 up and SS2000 back.

Damnedest thing happened - ::)we (Lions Club General Meeting) decided to take the Fathers Day Weekend and implement it into our Rally, giving us two runs one Ride for Site and a Fathers Day Ride. As well Sunday will be a day for Flat Track Races, Aerial Stunt Bikes and music! TO wrap up the Rally we are buying all participant Break fast and free admission to the entertainment with the three day purchase of their Rally tickets.

So notice the date changes, third week of June... Much better weather more than likely - but dampens some plans being made here....
