Testing IC Igniter

I have no spark on my 1999 Nomad. I am mechanically and electrically challenged, but believe it is either the IC Igniter or the stators.
I can check the stators, but don't seem to be getting anywhere with the IC Igniter.
How can the IC Igniter be tested? I only get a reading from one terminal on one of the connections, but everything I Google seems to indicate all terminals should read resistance.
Any advice?

Do you have 12 volt to coils?? And check voltage on grey wire on IC ignitor.
