Accident coming home from Hill Country Ride

We had a great time in the Hill Country ride with Trip and the Kawanow Brethren.

We trailered the bike with the wife's car. In Austin on the way home, another car ran a red light and the wife could not possibly stop. We broadsided the car and the trailer flipped over on to the Nomad. Unfortunately is destroyed.

Cheryl and I have some bruises and abrasions but we are going to be fine. We thank God for that. We are staying a few days with our son in Austin.

Will furnish more info and pictures later. Gotta lick our wounds for awhile. Oh yeah, Bea is fine too.

We pray everyone else made it home without incident.

Bill, sorry to hear about your unfortunate accident. Very glad to hear that you guys are OK.

I sure hope the other guy had insurance and all your damages get paid.

Take care.

Bill, I'm sorry to hear about this but happy to hear that no one was hurt badly. The outcome could have been much worse. Thank God it wasn't. Were both of you and Ms. Bea in the car?

There are two good things here. One, you were not hurt. Two, you can get another new Nomad and start the mods all over again. You lucky dog.

Bill,
The Missus and I are glad that the three of you are okay after the accident. Material things can be replaced; friends can't. Heal quickly and give our best wishes to Cheryl and Ms. Bea. We are close by if you need us. Watch out for the "idiots" in Austin.
