Accident coming home from Hill Country Ride

My heart sinks when I see something about an accident on the board. Thank the Lord you and your wife are alright. I know from two previous bike wrecks it's tough to loose a bike that you put a lot of time into and enjoyed riding. I hope your as pleased with your next bike as I am with mine.

Bill,
When I read the title, I thought the worst. Glad you guys are OK. The RV and Nomad can be replaced, but not you, Cheryl and Bea. Glad you guys are OK.

If someone runs a red light and hits me, I hope that I'm in a car not the bike too! Best of all would be for the idiots to not run red lights.

Glad you weren't on the bike and that nobody was seriously injured. Get a lawyer so the insurance doesn't screw you.

Better that the bike was on the trailer and that you were not on it. Get well soon.

Accident coming home from Hill Country Ride

Thanks for all the well wishes. We can thank GOD the wreck happened to us in the van. We are going to be ok. We are going to stay with our son in Austin for a couple of days.

We had already dropped the Dually and RV off in Burnett at a RV park. So its fine and we have a way home. Our van, bike trailer, and Nomad are probably a total loss.

We did enjoy riding the hill country and friends. Glad the rest of the South Central Group is home safe.

Bill

sorry to hear that your nomad is totaled but it is very good news
that you guys are okay.there seems to allways be at least one
accident whenever we gather for these rallies.i think we had three or four after or during the custer rally last summer.
