Kuryakyn Steps UP

I have Kury's switchblade highway pegs, and for a couple of years now they have been nonfunctional.

Last weekend I was at Easy Eddie's in NC for their aniversary. They had vendors so I talked the Kury guy into looking at them.

Long story short, he replaced them on the spot. He walked out to his truck got his tools and did the job.

I'm happy

What made them non functional. Was it something you did or a defect in the pegs?

Sounds like a winner to me. Glad they took care of the problem.

I love seeing true customer service. The willingness to go an extra mile.

See, not all us factory reps are bad ;)

He said they were switch blade pegs. I think they have a little piece that pivots out from under them to rest your feet on.
My guess is they stopped pivoting or never pivoted to begin with or got so dirty they wouldn't pivot or they rusted shut or .............................

Like escalators, right? They never break down, they just turn into stairs . . .

The heel supports wouldn't flip. They were taken apart and cleaned, nut would eith flop open anytime, or not open period. The rep tried taking on apart and couldn't figure it out. They were going to the factory engineers to see what the problem is.

Take a look Mac, if you've never seen them before. I would highly recommend them, they're much more comfortable than plain pegs.

I just lost an eBay auction for a set of those with the multi adjustable brackets (can't think of the name of the brackets). The auction winner got them for less than 80 bucks. I gotta get faster on the bid button. :)
