Happy new year guys... Kind of new here
I've been here for a few months but haven't posted in this forum yet. Figured what the hell I'll throw out a introduction. Names Jimmy I'm currently in k.c. mo area. Spent the last decade in sunny California. Travel as often as I can and I have an absolute unhealthy addiction for any thing Kawasaki! I have owned ridden traded built/rebuilt almost one of near every model cruiser from the 80s to today. Ke100, 454ltd, vn500, kz750, classic 900, meanstreak 1600, drifter1500, vn750, zzr600, ninja 650, eliminator 125 & 600, nomad1600, and I'm sure several others that I only remember when flipping through photo albums. It's a sickness that I hope to never be cured of lol.....

Big Howdy from Bama. Welcome aboard. I kinda can't get away from Kawasaki either, just like them.

Something to be said for brand loyalty. My first street bike was a Kawasaki KZ440G (Belt drive) in the early 80s. That bike took more abuse from me than any bike should have. Never gave me any problems. I was a typical, stupid, abusive kid to my toys. It stood up and took it. My next bike was a Yamaha 650 Special, what a P.O.S. it left me stranded more than once. It was YEARS before another Yamaha graced my stable. In the interim, Kawi's a plenty.
KZ440G, Yam 650 Spec II, KZ550, KZ1000MKII, KZ750Spectre, VN750A4, VN1500, VN1500fi, RAIDER, VN1700 Nomad, Yamaha Venture, VN1700 Vaq, VN1700Vaq, Victory Vision . Yeah, a lot of Kawasaki's in that line up.
