I started with a Scorpion EXO textile jacket. It wasn't bad, had the removable CE pads and breathed ok. Now I have a River Road leather jacket and Highway 21 armored hoodie. RevZilla is where I've gotten mine from.

I have worn a First Gear, Kilimanjaro for the last 7 years. It's a little worn around the cuffs, but without a doubt, the best motorcycle jacket I ever owned. Keeps me warm when its cold. Dry when it's wet, and has some pretty decent ventilation. Just take out the removable liner, and unzip the vents... I will replace it with a similar jacket when that time comes.
