A Fabulous Ride

Just came across this picture that I took last year when riding the Nomad through a magnificent canyon just outside Moab, Utah. Wish I was there now. Great Road all the way beside the river.

Been to that area in a car. That looks like a great road to ride.

Okay, Let's do it. Everyone jump on their scoots and go as a group.

Set a date far enough in advance & I'll be there come hell or high water (or sand). :)

I have a son in Utah.. would be perfect... I've never been there!

This picture is same trip same day. I cannot tell you how beautiful it was. I just stood there and listened to the silence and realized how insignificant I am. I put 35,000 miles on in 14 months. I had a heart attack in 2004. It happened when I was sitting on my couch at home. In the hospital I decided to buy a motorcycle and travel the country. Figured If I could die doing nothing on my couch I was going to ride the wind and take my chances. Haven't stopped since. Leaving next Tuesday for Canada and across to New York and down and back to IL again. I Love it........Yes, I am retired.
