Marine 2-cyle oil with tcw-3, 1 ounce per 5 gallons. Been doing it for years. In my Harley, Nomad, Indian Chieftain, Jeeps, mowers, blowers and anything that runs on gas. I've been nailed to the cross for talking of this in the past, but if you have the time, read this. http://www.ls1.com/forums/f48/been-testing-oil-91206/

"A couple oz. if fine. Sometimes more is not always better. I read somewhere that seafoam is rather harsh on your fuel system. Personally I would never put it in my oil. If I need to do that something else is wrong. I' don't believe in band-aid fixes. I like my bikes to make it both ways when I ride."
Dave , what is it about you guys in Montana going both ways? :p:p Seafoam here as well.

One word of caution though, for storage I would still use stabil and forget the 2 cycle oil in the last tank full. Oil in gas of 2 cycle motors put in storage has it's own problems, mainly as the gas breaks down or evaporates it leaves behind a gummy substance that clogs jets and orfices. In a 2 cycle a partially plugged jet can do serious engine damage in no time. The common procedure to avoid this in boat motors is to pull the fuel line and run every bit of gas out of the carbs. In snowmobiles these days we use stabilizer but still pull the carbs and clean them. No so detrimental with a 4 cycle but still storing one with oil in the gas is still has the potential of gummed up fuel systems.

As already mentioned stay with Good branded gas! Today the gas has treatment/cleaners already in it,, Just look at your plugs and with todays gas they do run cleaner.. BUT I do use Sea Foam in my bikes and cars at times as well as MMO.. Also Sea foam is good in your oil, According to the manufacture it is ok to run sea foam in your oil form beginning to end! Me as well as most only use sea foam in the last few hundred miles before a oil change,,,, So much for my 2 cents now I want change back lol

Cool, with that exchange rate I should be able to go to the rally up there in August and come home with more money in my pocket than when I left

I always use Marvel Mystery Oil. Cars and motorcycles run like tops, never have any mechanical issues either.

Sea Foam
I use Sea Foam a few times a year. I have used it in a old gunked up VB Bus carburetor and it worked like magic? It is very highly recommended. Get it at Advanced Auto Parts, or Auto zone.
I take a little nip for my self as well. Better than Grain Alcohol |
