Finale Dinner for NC/SC Rally

This event has been finalized and locked in. See you at the Finale Dinner!

Plans have been made and firmed up for our Finale Dinner to be held Thursday, June 21, 2018 beginning at 5:00pm.
We will be having the Dinner at the Buglin' Bull in downtown Custer located at the corner of 5th and Rushmore.
Our Dinner will be held exclusively on the 2nd floor and outside deck of the Buglin' Bull... meaning we have the 2nd floor and deck to ourselves.

The cost of the meal including tax and tip is $34.50 per person. This price includes nonalcoholic drinks. There will be a cash bar (meaning you pay extra for any alcoholic drinks) on the deck for those who wish to have spirits. Our group will have a bartender and servers.

Dinner salad and fresh bread will be served before the main course. Here are the entrees to select from:

Entree #1: Bar b qued chicken
Chicken quarter, skin on (no breading) grilled and drizzled with a sweet/smoke sauce
Warm potato salad
Corn on the cob
Hearty baked beans (this is a mixture of the larger lentils)

Entree #2: Ribeye steak
10 ounce rib eye steak, grilled to guest’s request
Warm potato salad
Corn on cob
Hearty baked beans

Entree #3: Sock Eye Salmon
8 ounce Salmon Filet, grilled
Topped with a fresh citrus salsa, drizzled with a beurre blanc sauce
Apple wild rice pilaf
Grilled Asparagus

I will need each attendee to post in this thread which entrees they want and how many. Cutoff date for selection is May 14, 2018. You can change your selection in your post anytime before that, but once May 15th comes, I will need to turn in the entree totals to the Buglin' Bull.

I finally became cognoscente enough to ask the Probation Officer I married which entree she wanted and she said fish and I wanted steak but she wont lemme have it because fish is better so:

Yeah, and I'll be happy to see everybody up there again. I enjoyed everything about that trip the first time and wanted to see that part of the county again.

It'd be nice if everybody that made it the first time had enough funds could show up again.
