Tourmaster Cruiser III sissybar bag??

wondering if anyone knows whether this bag will sit on a rear luggage rack and can be secured by attaching over our rather large sissybar pad? I used to use a T-bag for trips on my Honda Shadow but, as many have found, it won't slip over the oversize sissybar pad on the Nomad. Saw it on cruisercustomizing and advertised in Rider .The Cruiser III is supposed to fit up to 14" sissybars but I'd like to know if anyone can confirm it will work. Thanks.
