Vaquero bogged and died?......Solved

Been having trouble for a few months and thought I had it licked with a throttle body cleaning and making sure no leaks...nope.
Could this be due to dirty fuel filter screen? It's pretty nasty!
Thoughts?
Any input is appreciated!

Fouled plugs.
FYI the plug wrench that came with the bike was the wrong and all the info out there says 18/19mm, it 14mm! This would've been #1 on my list and I didn't have a thin walled one .
Oh well. Hope this helps someone.
The telltale sign was blued pipes, got that nugget from a friend of a friend of a friend, small town Harley guy.
