Stebil doesn't work all the time!

I was going to work this morning on the 4 lane interstate. It was heavy traffic (about 65 mph). This old man in a yellow VW was in right center lane, I was in the left center lane and a truck was in the left lane. I was in a bad location between the vehicles but just didn't have anyway to back off or move foward. The old man in the VW all of a sudden decided he wanted to move in my lane without giving a signal. I held the stebil horn down steady but he came on anyway. I had about 2 foot clear on each side. The old man just looked at me like I must have been splitting lanes and was in his way. Luckily after we made eye contact (2' away) and I was saying some "words" he finally went back in his lane. I guess the old guy was deaf because the stebil horn was hurting my ears but didn't seem to get his attention. That's the longest I have ever held it on. By the time he moved over I was clear enough to accelerate and get away from him. Going to work is such an experience.
