Good grief!!!!! 47???? So young!!!!!

I remember seeing his post and I thought, Timebandit, what a handsome biker name. Why can't I come up with something like that? I had to get mine from a psychotic, hey y'all watch this, demented biker with a death wish .

I never met Denis in person, but I'm sure he was the finest of people, I pray the Lord will ease the pain and loss for his family and friends.
I found over and over again for some reason God seems to take the good ones early. If you believe some things like I do that it's better on the other side and listen to interviews with people who have died and came back, Heaven is where you reunite with loved ones and so unimaginably beautiful!! Bearing that in mind will help with this loss.

You'll be missed Denis!!!
Ride on my friend!!!!!

On the way to our first meet and greet ride.

RIP Denis. Man that hits close to home with someone at that age. So sad. Just had a buddy have a quad bypass yesterday - he is a year younger than me. That is a great pic. What ferry was that Norm?

There is a bit of a story to that pic. Actually since I am in it, I think Vulcan Guy took the pic. The ferry is the Wolfe island Ferry. It was our first get together and it was decided that Kingston was a halfway point for ones coming from the east and ones from the west. It was Denis's idea to take the Wolfe island ferry and ride around over there, I knew of a neat little restaurant on the island but had only accessed it by boat.
The boys coming from east of Kingston rolled onto the ferry and waited. The ferry raised it's ramps and pulled away just as the boys from the west showed up, see ya guys next ferry is in an hour!
Well we finally meet up and had a nice lunch, time to ride a bit. Only problem is no one thought to find out if the roads were paved! Well they are for about 1/2 mile in each direction from the little town then dirt. Who's idea was this again?
All in all it was a fun day.

Denis and I had passed some messages back and forth a while back. He always seemed
like a great guy. Sorry about his passing. R.I.P. Denis.
