2012 Rally, thoughts and suggestions

We are wondering because both of us are thinking about riding out for your rally. Don't want to have to cancel and lose a ton of money on rooms.

Good morning!
There is a 48hr. cancelation policy for the "ski lodge". But if you are booking at the last minute and there is still "room at the inn", they will give you the special rate we were able to get. They are holding the 30 rooms for up till 2 weeks prior to our event, by the way. After that period they'll be opening the remaining rooms to the general public. I hope that helps. Actually, we only have 25 rooms blocked out....but who's counting...;). Hope you guys can make it!

Hey if you're planning on making the trip to The Canadian Rockies Rally next summer there will probably still be an issue with this........
