Key West Accommodations !!!

Well here it is we have secured accommodations for our stay in Key West!! It took a little work, but it is done, and I didnt have to put up a $5000 cash deposit and pay $200 a night for any unused rooms, like so many of them wanted. Also we dont have to pay in advance either, like all the rest wanted.

We will be staying at the Travel Lodge and Suites right on the Florida Bay!!! We were able to negotiate a rate of $129 a night for rooms and $229 a night for a condo sized suite, thats not bad for "High" season and the fact we will be stepping into the 30th Anniversary of the Conch Republic Celebration!!! it should be a blast!!

We have secured 25 rooms and 2 suites and they will hold them till April 14th 2012, so you have till then to get your reservations in. But if you can please make your reservations as soon as you can!!!! that way if we need more rooms they will release them to us if we grow larger than the block we have now, and if they do not sell out.

We will arrive at the motel on April 21st 2012 and we will check out on April 25th 2012, so 4 nights

When you call you must say you are with the KAWANOW Group!!

The first thing you must say when calling is....I am with the Kawanow Group and need to make reservations !!![/color]]

Yeah, I second that question! Or a rendezvous would be nice. I plan to meet y'all in St.Augustine and I'm sure it's bigger than it was when I was a young-un, and I don't want to miss you in the crowd. I'm only 5'4" and it's hard for me to see over the heads of the tall folks. When they look down they see a poor little feller looking up like this > And eventually on to this > .Yall wont be able to see me either. Sometimes Todd makes me wear one them leaches that some folks put on they kid so they don't wonder off. That bstrd pisses me off sometimes!

I got a couple more vacation day issues to work out with my boss and then I'm a firm commitment.

I'm a firm commitment now! When you call to make your reservation tell the desk you need to make your reservation "in house", otherwise they'll connect you someplace else and they wont know who Kawanow is or about the reserved block of rooms.

It was tough enough for me to speak with a slow southern drawl to a nice lady desk clerk with a machine gun fast thick island accent.
