Determining Left Side of Bike From Right Side
I have seen several threads and people will say is that the left side of the engine looking at it from the front or from the back. Or sitting on the bike it will be located on the left front.
Simple way to tell which side is which. Left turn signal is on the left side and the right turn signal is on the right side. That way anyone will always know which is the left and which is the right. Not trying to be a smart a$$ but that is the way I have always determined left from right. It doesn't matter whether I sit on the bike, stand behind it or in front of it. The turn signals always tell us which is the left side and the right side.
