I may defect for a KLR 650

While on my cross country trip I ran across several dual sport riders. One guy that was camped in the same S.P. in Colorado was riding a KLR 650 on dirt roads only, in the western US. He was one 'whipped puppy' after 320 miles but having a ball. 180 degrees opposite of our riding, but I'm intrigued enough to investigate swapping out my 1100 Shadow (will keep the Nomad) for a dual sport. It expands the options by traveling on dirt as well as asphalt. Any dual sporters in our group?? Not for you old guys over 40 I suspect? Buck
